Pakistan Celebrates Its 78th Independence Day Today
“There is no power on Earth that can undo Pakistan,” Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Come what may, Pakistan lives on because the spirit of this country is eternal. This is our land, our pride and it is built to stand unshaken forever.
Today, Pakistan observes its 78th Independence Day. 78 years ago, a dream became reality and today Pakistan stands strong as proof that determination and resilience can change destiny. The entire nation wakes up today to celebrate not only the country’s independence but also to reflect on the journey that has shaped the destiny of our beloved country.
Today is not just a day to celebrate, but to stand united as a nation, because it is not only a day of joy, but also a call to action. Pakistan was dreamed of becoming a leading nation in the world. Our ancestors paid a heavy price to make our land, ours and to get independence. Our elders hoped Pakistan would grow into a world-leading country. This is a pure land built on justice, unity and progress.
This journey has not been without challenges. Though issues such as political instability, economic struggles and internal and external threats have slowed our progress but the dream that gave birth to this great nation still burns in our hearts.
Today, we need to and we must renew our promise to work with honesty, unity and determination. We must rise above divisions, face and defeat challenges together and strive for excellence in every field of life. Only collective will and hard work make Pakistan a prosperous nation; it was meant to be.
No doubt, challenges are many, the road may be long, and the journey may be hard but with faith, discipline and unity, we can start writing the brightest chapter of our country.
Pakistan Zindabad, Pakistan Paindabad – our pride, our power.
